This house is an Official
No Whining/No Being Bored
Household
Any kid on these premises whining that they are bored will have to do one of the following
(as determined by the whined-to parent):
Clean the bathrooms.
Vacuum the living room.
Do a load of laundry.
Weed.
Mop the kitchen and bathroom floors.
Pick up all the toys in the living room.
Clean your room. (Yes, that includes picking up the things your brother owns.)
And any other chore your offended parent deems useful.
So, what can I do?
Read a book!
Ask politely for a ride to the library for more books.
Do an art project.
Phone a grandparent and chat with them.
Ask politely for a ride to the swimming pool.
Ask politely for a friend to come over and play.
Practice your music/saying all the
books of the Bible/memory verse.
Pick a meal and prepare it with Mom.
Bake cookies.
Build with blocks.
Put together a puzzle.
Play on the computer.
Help Mom or Dad.
Think.
Create.
Daydream.
